The BJCC is looking for a GUEST & CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER (GET MANAGER) that is committed to providing an outstanding guest and client experience. This position will ensure the client’s needs are met when hosting meetings, conferences, and events throughout our complex. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to plan, execute, implement and manage engaging programming and coordinate service logistics to ensure the guest and client experience is memorable. Creates and manages budget, expenditures, and ensures tools and resources are available. This position will also serves as a mentor and coach for the team.
