The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a motivated, well-qualified candidate with experience managing event ticketing operations, sales, and personnel to lead the Fox Theatre Ticketing Department in the position of Manager of Ticket Sales & Service.
The Manager of Ticket Sales & Service will manage the Ticketing Department as a sales center and will lead development of quality expectations, metrics, and standards to serve guests and grow the ticketing business for the Fox Theatre.
Manage all aspects of the ticket inventory including creating show builds, according to promoter specifications building ticket offers and discounts, managing inventory, setting up presales, on-sales, and fan club offers, and providing reports as needed
Manage all aspects of the Fox Tour program including personnel
Serve as primary contact for show promoters and clients
Lead the development of guests service systems, philosophy, policies, processes, and procedures for the Ticketing Department that align with the organization's mission and guest services brand
Hire, counsel, coach, and oversee training of all Ticket Office and Tour staff
Develop and coach the Ticketing and Tour staff to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational values and brand
Manage the relationships with ticketing partners to include, but not be limited to Paciolan, Ticket Alternative, outlet vendors, and data management vendors
Supervise Ticket Office reconciliations and perform internal Ticket Office financial auditing. Prepare and complete nightly box office statements and communicate with Accounting regarding settlement requirements or other reconciliation reports as needed
Develop methods to evaluate, track, and monitor guests service performance in the Ticketing Department. This includes timely and effective problem-resolution activities
Establish sales goals, standards, and metrics for direct reports.
Create best practices that proactively communicate with past and potential customers and guests
Implement the latest ticketing and related technologies that align with the Fox Theatre's brand and business
Coordinate with all departments to ensure that internal and external guest ticketing needs are being met and exceeded

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college of university
Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing event ticketing operations, sales and personnel
Experience developing and implementing quality assurance programs and measurements
Knowledge of ticketing software and Microsoft Office Products
Demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral and written communications, customer service and business ethics are required
Essential Physical Requirements:
Sometimes remaining stationary for long periods of time
Occasional lifting of moderates weight such as boxes of files
Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to work unpredictable hours as needed
