Who we are…
EHS is comprised of the best recruiters in the business. All recruiters at EHS have strong Hospitality operational backgrounds with years of experience in the Restau...rant, Hotel and Resort segments. In the two decades we have been in business we have place thousands of candidates nationally and internationally.
In today’s job market the word is Management Retention. At EHS Hospitality Group, we have always held this to be paramount when assisting our clients and candidates. Over the past two decades our role as recruiters has evolved into more than “finding & placing” candidates. We do NOT just shuffle resumes. We have become career consultants for our candidates and business partners for our clients by helping to retain and develop managers.
Building a great management team is a two way street. For us, it is understanding the candidates’ needs and career objectives, along with their history, strengths and commitments. On the client side, it’s developing a rapport and trust. Trust that we will send you qualified candidates who have been interviewed in person and fully prepped to insure they will enhance your management team and ensure continued growth and success for your company.
How we work…
First…We meet most of our candidates.
• EHS ultimately spends up to an hour meeting each candidate in person, on the phone or via web cam interviewing them.
• EHS follows that up with checking references upfront not after you have decided to make an offer. EHS will also send you a detailed interview highlight sheet detailing information we found out on that candidate that otherwise is not part of the resume. This would include…short and long term goals / why are they seeking a career change / why did they leave a previous employment / what would make them an asset to your company / when are they available for interview, etc.
• EHS in fact will even follow up after the candidate is hired and see how they are doing. We then let you know the feedback via phone call or email.
Since EHS has three different search options, we are sure that we have a plan that meets your needs. With each we are pleased to locate quality candidates and evaluate them with regards to your experience, income and personality specifications. In addition, we will also check their references and provide detailed feedback during the interviewing process. We also back this up with a replacement guarantee.
We want to take this time to offer our services as a search firm. We are committed to being different. EHS is both committed to the client and the candidate. EHS is all about making the perfect fit for both.
