The manager’s responsibilities are to assist in bookings, schedules and contracts for all domestic games with major emphasis on arena contracts.
Responsibilities: •Manage, distribute and maintain the master schedule for the Domestic Tour oWork with Booking leadership to develop the schedule strategy oAnalyze the financial impact of the schedule, ensuring cost savings and marketing efficiencies oCollaborate with other departments •Manage, distribute and maintain approximately 300 venue contracts oNegotiate contracts ensuring legal and insurance requirements are met oDevelop relationships with venue partners and correspond using current systems while striving for constant improvement. oAnalyze various contractual deal points and improve for the benefit of HG oPrepare and maintain all Circulation Forms •Resolve problems and issues between various internal and external teams •Learn and understand all aspects of venue settlements and assist finance team as needed •Organize and manage all venue folders on share drive •Be available on game day/night to field and answer any questions •Prepare and coordinate venue advances in a timely fashion •Manage, maintain and prepare the City Plan in conjunction with all applicable parties •Oversee the “Money Ball” project and create other similar projects •Assist with other booking activities as needed

The Harlem Globetrotters are located with their parent company, HFE, in Peach Tree Corners (Atlanta) Georgia. Applicant would work out of the home office beginning asap.
