The vice-president is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the division by working with the Stakeholders and other management to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies.

* Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance. *Participate in the development of the Corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner. *Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-term planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. *Develop credibility for S&E operations by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, proposals and business trends in the multiple operational areas in order to assist the ownership and other Senior Leadership in performing their responsibilities. *Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the division. *Establish credibility throughout the organization and with ownership as an effective developer of solutions to business and market challenges. *Provide technical/professional advice and knowledge to others within the various operational areas and discipline. *Advise, negotiate, manage and administer all contracts into which the division may enter. Counsel with Ownership on financial matters associated with the financial viability of entering into such contracts. *Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and investments. *Act as an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the Corporation may enter. *Approve the operational structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals. *Oversee the continual improvement of the budgeting process for the operations through education of managers on budgetary issues and ongoing account performance. *Approve the present and future needs for capital purchases, owned or leased for the division. *Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that the Company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction. *Act as the spokesperson for all marketing and industry-related information *Generate industry relationships to leverage future business relationships *Approve all full-time management hires and any non-billable related expenses in excess of $1000 Support other divisions as assigned by Ownership
In accordance with applicable Andy Frain Services policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, this position manages the senior leadership team and is responsible for the performance management and input regarding hiring of senior-level management.

8-10 years of related industry experience.
Contracts and negotiation experience.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to the sr. leadership and outsiders.
Background in working with computers, mobile devices and other technology solutions.
Superior planning, organization and leadership/supervisory skills.
Strong customer and quality orientation.
Ability to be a hands-on, results oriented employee, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to facilitate progressive change.
