The Georgia World Congress Center is currently seeking a Director of Products and Services in Atlanta to join our team. The Director of Products and Services shall be responsible for generating new business ideas, new revenue streams, new products and services and will be responsible for the coordination and development of GWCCA partner revenue streams to enhance the profitability of the Authority and positively affect the customer experience. This position requires an in depth understanding of competitive facilities products, pricing and services and requires the construction and maintenance of an extensive database of these competitive sets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for exceeding all assigned performance Metrics.
Define and manage all revenue performance criteria for service partners.
Responsible for budget development for functional partners.
Responsible for overall Research, Development, and Implementation of all GWCCA new products and services.
Development and maintenance of a comprehensive database of competitive facilities products, pricing and services and analysis of ROI of each as it relates to development of GWCCA products and services.
Responsible for coordination, development and concurrence of all services partners projected revenue streams.
Develops funds through sponsorship, and promotes activities for Centennial Olympic Park unrelated to activities in the GWCC.
Such other duties, functions, special projects as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree with emphasis in marketing, business or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a responsible administrative or management capacity with major convention, hospitality, multi-purpose facility or service organization preferred
