•The Facility Operations Manager will have the responsibility of creating a comprehensive maintenance program and implement yearly time schedules to maintain the facility of Fifth Third Field in all aspects. •Develop budget for stadium repairs and maintenance and maintain Fifth Third Field within the annual allotted budget. •Coordinate the capital budget planning for yearly stadium operation projects as needed. •Provide direct oversight and management of the facility maintenance staff. •Oversee all maintenance related contracts and facilitate contractual services and yearly inspections with various vendors for Fifth Third Field (Cleaning, HVACs, plumbing, backflow preventors, elevators, fire suppression system, fire extinguishers, night security, waste removal and recycling, Daktronics, ADT, etc.). •Responsible for all permit applications needed for Fifth Third Field including the yearly occupancy permit. •Manage all Alpha Omega cleaning responsibilities of Fifth Third Field per the contract.•Programming of all operational systems at Fifth Third Field. •Perform general inspections on the following areas: water pumps, water heaters, air control pumps, HVACs filters, lighting systems including emergency lighting and field lights, and scoreboard/videoboard, etc. •Evaluate the utility management program with energy providers.•The Facility Operations Manager will also perform general labor tasks on a daily basis and should have basic knowledge about MEP systems•This position at times will require an irregular work schedule which may includes weekends, holidays, and any other times as the schedule dictates.
The ideal candidate should have 5- 7 years of previous experience as a number one or number two supervisor overseeing the Facility Operations of a stadium, arena or special event venue.
