The Cultural Services Director will plan, manage, direct, and review the activities of the City of Eugene Cultural Services Division including operations of the Hult Center for the Performing Arts, Cuthbert Amphitheater, Community Events, and Public Art Programs. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellence in visionary, collaborative and innovative leadership. The successful candidate will coordinate assigned activities with other City departments and outside agencies; and provide highly responsible and complex administrative and strategic counsel and support to the Executive Director of Library, Recreation and Cultural Services.
Experience: Six years of increasingly responsible experience in cultural services for facility management, including three years of administrative and supervisory responsiblity.
